Timely support is very important to us. The app is efficient and Yotpo support team is friendly and helpful, especially Allen M, his prompt support is very much appreciated. I like their all in one app so I don't have to install too many different apps for the different functions also. So far so good. Thanks to the Yotpo customer services for the help.

Super powerful app, and the customer service is great too. Any time I get stuck (I'm a newbie,) the nice folks on the Live Chat fix my issue for me. As a new "solopreneur," the biggest pain point for me has been learning the ins & outs of over a dozen new apps, but it's been a breeze taking on this one! Anne helped me in record time, and Ronel has also been a great help. Thanks!

I've had the app installed for a couple of months and have been really pleased with the ease of use and great customer service. Junalou from Customer Service helped me with a simple issue that I was having trouble with and provided awesome service. Junalou also pointed out another issue that I wasn't even aware of with my review count layout on my website and fixed it for me quickly and professionally! Really pleased with the app and the service!

Customer service with Yotpo is wonderful. Junalou helped me figure out a couple small issues I was having and while doing so noticed I hadn't installed all the functionality of the package I was subscribed to. I few minutes later we had it installed and running great. Thanks Yotpo! UPDATE: Yotpo service continues to impress. I have contacted them several times recently and each time the problems are dealt with quickly, professionally, and with excellent communication. Everything to formatting tweaks to ideas for new functionality. I am currently running 3 Yotpo Apps (Reviews, subscriptions, and loyalty). Couldn't be happier.

Got helped to install review widgets on the new store theme, one of the support agents really did a good job to manually install them for me and explained what it's for. In the end, my new store looks professional and neat, thanks for her help.

A Shopify expert suggested this app. I am liking it so far. App integration set up was so easy to follow, no coder needed. I had sales on a previous platform before Shopify, so I've utilized Yotpo chat support when importing them and for help with other learning curves. The reviews look nice on the page. I feel confident this is going to greatly benefit my business over time.

The first review app I have used with Shopify that was actually user-friendly and didn't slow our site down! Within 2 days reviews have been collected from customers and displayed on our site. The support from Yotpo is excellent as well, getting the answers I needed quickly through the online chat. Junalou was so helpful with the reviews tab and SEO page setup!

I have been using Yotpo for a while now and I absolutely LOVE this app. I have made sales from the reviews being posted on my Facebook page. And when I had a support issue, Ed was right there on chat support. He was quick, knowledgeable and gave outstanding support. I was very, very impressed with him. I recommend this app very highly.
