I was assisted by Raney today. I asked several questions and for assistance on a few admin tasks. Raney was quick to provide solutions and follow-up once it was all completed. Pleasant interaction. I wish all my support tickets were handled this well.

Yotpo is a great tool for product reviews and retention, clean interface, fast and great support. Just combined two old products into one with syndicated reviews, Raney S from the support team was a great help with that.
