I have used Yotpo for multiple businesses. The new and improved customer service is second to none. Gimbert My Support Agent was an immense help. He went above and Beyond.

Great customer service - Eunice was very helpful in answering all of my questions. I am excited to now integrate Yotpo into my website.

Excellent customer support! I changed the theme of my store and the app wouldn't automatically install to my new theme properly. Support came and manually edited the code to make it work. Thanks again!

Manny helped me with a few general questions and then noticed that I had installed some things incorrectly. Manny then fixed my installation and made the reviews look awesome! Thank you so much!!!!

I'm super happy with Yotpo. I've been a user of both the review and the rewards module for years and recommend it to everyone! Great support as well.

This app is one of the best out. Customer service is top notch and I love that you are able to do a live chat at anytime and receive help. Great app!

I used the Chat function right from my app and Anne knew exactly where to go to fix the problem, she got the widget installed on my theme without hesitation. It looks great! and the service was fast and easy. Thank you

I have been using the free version of this app for a while now. I believe it helped me collect more reviews by sending follow up e-mails to customers and having a third party collect these reviews increases the reliability. I needed help today and Junalou made my day by a clever approach to my problem and saved me precious time. Very patient, helpful and kind. End result was over my expectations. Thank you so much Junalou and YOTPO. A big thank you to Gimbert today for helping me set up my new Template. Exceptional service as always. Thank you. An update today; I updated from the free plan to basic plan and Simoun Francis and Daniel, Rhenant helped me a lot with setup, a big thank you! The help is always available when you need it.

I am very impressed with this app-- I reached out to customer service to see if I can have my reviews posted on my website and Manny was super helpful and went above and beyond the original question I asked! I was able to add the reviews to my website, and Manny helped me find a color that matched my website! I am super happy with the level of customer support from Manny.

Update 2022! Lost my reviews and a quick note to Yotpo and they're back. Always a pleasure working with these folks. Nick, you rock! Thank you so much for all your help. Thanks Yotpo for the product. Just wow! I have been trying to get the reviews fixed for some time. Junalou came through and fixed everything for me and even added some extra review coding for my products page. I don't have a lot of time to be working on apps, etc. and Junalou took charge and made it all happen. The conversation rocked, they knew what to do, and just great people to work with. Much aloha!

So far so good. Just signed up and having trouble finding specific settings. I was surprised that the live chat option was pretty much immediate. Still a ways to go before I can really make a fair evaluation but Eunice from the live chat was awesome - knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant!

I use this app for reviews on our site. Manny in particular has been wonderful to work through support questions with. Helped me move the reviews and style them to exactly how I wanted. 10/10 would recommend.
