Update 2022! Lost my reviews and a quick note to Yotpo and they're back. Always a pleasure working with these folks. Nick, you rock! Thank you so much for all your help. Thanks Yotpo for the product. Just wow! I have been trying to get the reviews fixed for some time. Junalou came through and fixed everything for me and even added some extra review coding for my products page. I don't have a lot of time to be working on apps, etc. and Junalou took charge and made it all happen. The conversation rocked, they knew what to do, and just great people to work with. Much aloha!

So far so good. Just signed up and having trouble finding specific settings. I was surprised that the live chat option was pretty much immediate. Still a ways to go before I can really make a fair evaluation but Eunice from the live chat was awesome - knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant!

I use this app for reviews on our site. Manny in particular has been wonderful to work through support questions with. Helped me move the reviews and style them to exactly how I wanted. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm writing this review to thank Junalou for the support I received today via chat. I asked Junalou a bunch of questions and Junalou stayed with me for over half an hour and patiently answered them all. Highly recommend based on the customer support alone.

We have been using this app since first launched our store and it is absolutely awesome! Their customer service team is amazing. Manny is such a great resource that truly cares about the customer experience. He is very quick at responding and truly has made our experience extremely pleasant. I highly recommend!

I've just started using the app for reviews and had trouble syncing my orders...Anne manually helped me sync them so we could start sending right away! Excellent customer service.

I just loaded this app. There are several steps to get it integrated with your shop. I tried on my own to import existing reviews and for some reason the way I listed the product handle in the CSV wasn't working. I contacted Support and immediately they set out to help me. Not only did Gimbert import our existing reviews, but he went ahead and set up our entire store! It really looks great and I'm excited to have reviews on each product page. I'm sure it will lead to more sales. In addition, I had a couple questions about the automatic emails. I chatted with Jo who easily answered all my questions and help me customize the emails to my liking. I actually decided to go with this app because I received an email from Yotpo for a review on a product I had personally ordered (Spoonful of Comfort). When I saw how easy it was to leave a review, I decided to try this for my own business. Still in the early stages but I'm already impressed with how quickly and efficiently their Customer Service worked.

I am on the free app for now and testing between Yotpo and Judge.Me. Both are good but I find the ease of using Yotpo is better. I was working on setting up the Star Rating and Gimbert was very helpful in solving it for me. Excellent support and great patience in answering my questions. I recommend the app and the support.

We just added the free version a few weeks ago. But didn't have the time to explore the app, but now that we have it's great. The feature to import reviews is great because those are hard to acquire but I've seen more acquired reviews in a short span of having this app. To top it off they offer exceptional customer support especially Juna who helped resolve my concern in a matter of minutes allowing me to focus on keeping my business running! Will definitely consider adding the premium version soon.

The customer service was SO helpful! I haven't had any experience yet with the app, as we just downloaded it today. But the support agent I talked to was so helpful. I definitely am excited to use this program.
