Just installed the app changed from my GoDaddy site to my Shopify site I asked support and within min, they accessed my Shopify site changed them and the review app was installed great service super fast, The main reason I changed to Yotpo was the google snippets so that google my business could read and use my reviews, Yotpo is on a list of trusted sites for reviews by Google

Eleen from the support team really helped me out! I use a bought theme and this app would not appear properly on it. I reached out for support and Eleen worked on my site for a few days to make it work. Thanks so much, now my customers can see and leave reviews!

I love this app!!! it works great and their service is awesome!!!! I had an issue with their app and they logged in to my store and fixed it for me in less than ten minutes!!!!

I am on a free version for a couple of days so far. The support is very efficient so I am happy with that. I Will amend the review should I run into problems. But so far so good!

I love this app! It works great. It is solid and possibly the most professional app I use. The layout of the account pages is a little strange in where things are located, but customers never see that. Other thing, It is hard for me to upgrade beyond the free plan. Free does what I need. I can't quite justify the jump from free to 19 dollars for benefits my store doesn't really need... then to pay way more just to send more automatic reviews. That's my feedback to yotpo.
