This app works great but what is even better is the customer service from Manny. He was such a help to navigate me through using Yotpo the best way possible. He communicated very well and understood the issues. He then worked his butt off to fix the issies and didnt stop until they were fixed. I like the app but having people like manny to help customers is what really seperates this company from the rest. Give this man a raise !

I've used this app to automate asking for reviews. I love how it also automatically posts these reviews to my FB and Twitter accounts, which has brought people back to my website and provides that social proof. Even when I had to delete and republish a product (which had a positive review attached) due to a technical website issue, the Yotpo support was so fantastic and exceeded my expectations, the team helping me reconnect the original review to the new product listing. I could not recommend Yotpo enough!

Mary Ann from Yotpo is the person you would want to reach when/if you’re stuck with any coding/noncoding issues or if you simply want to take advantage and make your yotpo app looks better in your website... Let me tell you why?! Not only, Mary is an outstanding representative, she will also get the job completed with perfection. Thanks again for the great support!

Yotpo provides strong shopper credibility and the app is well integrated with Shopify. Customer support is responsive and helpful based on my great interaction with Mary Ann. Overall usability of Yotpo has a lot of room for improvement, which I hope to see soon.

We will certainly pay the subscription once we make more sales in future. We appreciate the support even as an unpaid customer Mary Ann dealt with my query swiftly. The app works really well. And helps build trust for my small business. Lots of profanity words are automatically censored which is nice to know I don't have to personally monitor this. I did have an issue with a word being flagged that was not intended in a profane context, but Anne was able to help quickly - even on a Sunday evening! They even gave me screenshots on how to fix this myself should it happen again.

Love the app. It has been great for growing my business! The customer service is great as well! Today I reached out to problem solve an issue with the timing of my emails since I do a lot of preorders. They were able to fix it really fast! Thanks Jo!

Love this App. And their customer service is super helpful. Eleen walked me through the set up part. I am not very tech savvy and she helped me with installing the widget on my Shopfiy store. Thanks Eleen for being so helpful. Yatpo is great.

This app is great to collect reviews on your store! Their support is great! I had a problem with connecting my Facebook, and their help desk was exactly that-helpful! UPDATE: I had questions today about my account with YotPo, I talked to Eunice and all my questions were answered quickly over their web chat! Quick and easy!
