Very user friendly for someone who is technically challenged its nice to have a responsive customer service via chat. I have already noticed more people using this and posting the pictures in their reviews. It's really easy to share to social media too. Nice Work. ;-) Second encounter needing help Ronel was great and addressed my issue quickly. I just needed to update my token and reconnect to Facebook but he helped me do all of that.

I have to give this app a 5 star, I was so confused and frustrated not remembering how to use the app since i haven’t been on there for awhile the agent Jo Lorenz was so patient trying to figure out the issue the agent go above and behind to help me finally the issue was resolved. The agent also added my reviews to the new theme i'm updating, thank you so much. I definitely gonna look in to upgrade my account with you guys

Been using YOTPO for a couple years and I'm very happy with it. Lots of features and no complaints. When I have questions they are quick to respond, even on the weekend.

I decided to finally switch over from a crummy app to yotpo. so far their team has been great importing reviews over. I was finally ready today in the middle of a Saturday to make the switch final and Manny was just awesome. He smoothly helped me set up yotpo in 5 mins. It's as if the Gods of Asgard sent Manny personally to help me succeed!

This app is so helpful in establishing brand trust by obtaining reviews from verified buyers and the customer service I received from Manny was unbelievable! I will continue to use YOTPO on my site and encourage friends to use it also!

I grew my business for almost a year using the free version of Yotpo, and scaled up to the Growth plan recently. I installed a new theme just prior to doing this, and had some difficulty migrating the widget over. I contacted their support team on a few occasions to get fixes, and received support within minutes each time. Mary Ann was friendly and helpful, made backend fixes for me quickly. Thank you!

I've been using Yotpo for a few years now and I've been loving it since day one. The whole review system has been easy to use and implement and easily adds trust to my site. I recently upgraded to the Pro version and their support was super fast and helpful in helping me implement a review carousel on my website. I highly recommend using them and even upgrading if you can. Their support is A+++

Love the app and used support today for the first time. Lightning speed, friendly, efficient help, right on the spot. It doesn't get better than this. Thanks Yopto! Update - Back for more help today. After changing themes, Junalou was happy to re-install my reviews, carousel and badge for me. Much appreciated. Support on Yopto is always freindly, efficient, and eager to help. Thanks again! Another update. I needed more help after changing my Shopify theme, and Rhenant was able to quickly solve all my issues. I so appreciate such great customer service.
