Yotpo has been a great enabler since pretty much day one. We started with the first plan since we didn't need some of the features, and as we grew and evolved, we were happy to have Yotpo evolve alongside NOLEO on more sophisticated features. Big kudos to the Customer Support team (Sheen and team). Super responsive and very helpful on troubleshooting despite us not being very technical. Happy customers so far. Lucas & Nico, co-founders

I am NOT technical! I just downloaded this app yesterday and got my first review. My customer couldn't type what he wanted cuz there was some technical glitch. I chatted w/ Mary Ann, whom by the way is not a robot, and she did a test and saw everything was ok on my end. She got my full review up on my site. Not being technical, I asked her the most basic questions how to use the app and she sent me detailed step by step instructions with pictures on the app. I really appreciated the fast response on the chat on a Sunday morning and I feel assured that now all my reviews that come in will be all set!!! This is the app for non techies!!!! Thanks Mary Ann and Yotpo for making an ap for all us new Shopify-ers who is just starting up!

Yotpo is easy to use and has lots of features, even on the free plan. We've never had any issues with the app's performance. We particularly like how customizable and branded we can make the review request emails. We also appreciate the different tiers of paid plans so that as our order volume grew, we could upgrade to plans that fit our needs and budget, and downgrade as needed. And, 10/10 for customer service. We made a mistake when upgrading to a higher plan and asked if we could get a refund. We thought it was a long shot, but they did refund us, AND during the process were really great about sending updates to let us know they were still working on our ticket.

App is great but what's even better is the support. I popped on live chat today to ask some help and Manny turned out to be my superhero. Awesome assistance in a friendly way without making me feel like i was a technophobe when I wasn't sure what he meant. Thank you SO MUCH

I highly recommend this app to put customer reviews on your website, they took great care of me, Diane, from yotpo to help me configure it in my store. Now I can enjoy my customers sharing their experiences of my products.

This app has been great, I'm still just using their intro version and loving it, will upgrade soon. Had an issue today and Diane on their chat service helped to solve it right away, very helpful.

I love this app! I love that reviews are on each product and their customer service is great!! They get back to you quickly and they follow up to make sure everything is resolved. I had an issue early this morning and Ann responded to me fast and fixed what I asked her to fix. It was a minor issue that probably could have been put off but she got right on it.
