Although I am using free version of their app right now but they are offering top notch customer services and I am 100 % satisfied and they ensure it too so I am giving them 10/10. Highly Recommended!

I use this App for a long time now, Highly recommend it (which I do often for colleagues) every issue I came across the customer service is beyond helpful just like now Mary Ann, A Yotpo representative fixed my issue on an unpublished theme version without I even asked - Thank you so much!!

12/22/23 A couple of quirky things were happening as a result of a new template we installed, but Doner was incredibly helpful; he dug deep to find the issues, got them fixed, and helped me understand the issue. Overall functionality is great and the service is top-notch! 12/29/20 Had some trouble getting the app integrated, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They took over the whole process and came back with a finished process. Awesome customer service.

So far yotpo has been working well for me. I had to transfer reviews over to it and Jo Lorenz helped me out and transferred all my reviews over quickly.

As with many apps, it really helps to know at least some basic HTML code. Fortunately, Yotpo has a pretty user-friendly interface that does take a little time getting used to, but because the forums and support are so incredible, I never feel stressed out. Eric and Anne have both helped me resolve issues very quickly that would have taken me much longer to resolve, especially design issues and learning how to integrate product reviews on product pages. Their chat is available 24/7. What I love about the app are some of the features that really upscale the feel of my website, like the persistent review tab and review carousel. The other great aspect is the integration with social media. My reviews are integrated into Facebook and Yotpo will post automatically to remind my customers (and potential customers) to buy products that others have reviewed. And most importantly, it has helped to increase my sales. I would definitely recommend this app.
