Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I have tried several other apps for review management. Yotpo has been so much easier to use, so intuitive, and much more successful at getting new reviews. I also had some difficulty in installing and support responded within a few hours and had the situation corrected Pronto. Excellent service and great product. UPDATE 5/7/2021 - I had to update my theme and of course messed up my yotpo setting. Got Manny on the live chat and within 20 minutes everything was back working again. Fast, polite, and accurate. Excellent service!!!

Adding to my first review to confirm that Yotpo offers a very good customer service. Few days ago, I had problem with review requests going out too soon, Allen M find out the problem and resolved the issue easily. thanks again! I have been using Yotpo for a while now. Their customer team is very competent and efficient! The app is easy to install and customize. Definitively recommend it to any ecommerce business. Today again, I have contacted their help desk and Robertini helped me retrieving our products reviews from the server. He was able to send me the link to the .csv file within few minutes. That was very helpful.

I use the free version and they still offer customer service! I have reached out to them twice and have received prompt replies and help as needed. Highly recommend!

I switched from a different app to Yotpo, mostly for reviews functions. By far the best customer service experience I have had with any shopify app. They helped me through installation, getting the widget to appear the way I want it on my website. They answered all my questions promptly and fully (always within 24 hours, sometimes quicker). The interface is easy to manage. I am happy with the website's move to Yotpo.

I was very pleased with the quick and responsive help I received from Elven. My star color reset to white for no apparent reason, and since I wasn't able to save the changes myself (due to some tech issues Yotpo is having), Elven did it from the backend...It took all of 5 mins and my stars were back to a viewable black, and I am very happy!

I have been very pleased with this app for requesting reviews from my customers after they purchased products from my online shop. Recently, I received a couple of reviews that the app showed had been published to my website but they did not appear on my shop. I reached out to Yotpo and received a timely reply from Sheen informing me that they had resolved the issue. I checked my website and both reviews were there. I am very pleased with the support I received.

So far so good. I had some issues with the way stars were showing up and Jo was very helpful getting everything working correctly. I like that I can now request reviews on products that customers have purchased. Excited to see more reviews on my site.

fantastic customer support if you need something resolving they can hop onto your store and fix it. Don my support agent took the time to install some code onto my new theme and adjust some styling elements as per my requests. really impressed, thanks. I've also had the pleasure of agent Manny helping me out who was incredibly helpful.

Top service. Super helpful! I had a problem with the placement of the reviews and they persisted to help even though im still on a free plan. I will cerntainly consider upgrading since i know customer service is this good. Thanks .

The support for Yotpo is the best. They are always quick to respond to any enquiry I have. I just received outstanding help from Junalou for an online chat enquiry I had. The support with Yotop is amazing! I put a support ticket through about where I'd like the review stars to sit on my product pages - and the turnaround was under an hour. Very, very pleased with this App ;-)

Very, very good support. Support was very helpful and solve my review carousel issue. In addition, they gave me all the instructions as well. Now I can do it myself. I can highly recommend it.

The base plan really gives a great opportunity to try this app. Easy to install and even if there are issues, the staff is fast and super helpful
