Been using the yotpo for a year now and it's great! Mary Ann, from the Yotpo support team, quickly helped us fix things so that it looks great on our new 2.0 theme.

I used this app to collect reviews. As a new business this app helped me to get the process started and it has been working well with my shopify store. Sheen from the customer support team was fantastic and addressed all my questions and issues in a real-time manner. Very impressed.

Update 16/05/2023 - SO QUICK TO RESPOND!!! I love these guys!!! Assistance was requested with updating the widget in a new theme and they had it done in no time. Update 23/04/2021 - The team is very quick to help and they go out of their way to note how else they can assist. Highly recommend this app. Great app, works well with their Loyalty and Rewards app. We had a couple of issues setting it up, but the team was very quick to respond and resolve the issues. I love that there's an option to use it for free on a small scale and only pay as orders grow.

Stellar features and customer service! Yotpo offers great plans that let us do everything we need! Great features, no limitations in lower plans and one great quality is their customer service! They are super fast in responding and always help us solve our problems. They actually commit to talk to us and help instead of sending automated template messages like other platforms. Definitely recommend!!

Well, it collects reviews and does it solidly. Importantly their support is great--both via chat and email. Super helpful and super responsive. I was under a deadline and they jumped in to get my task done. Thanks team!

Eduardo and the other Yotpo support team members have always been very responsive over the years with helping to combine reviews as we change SKU's, and make tweaks when we've updated our theme. Thanks team!

Works well with a ton of value. With Yotpo we've been able to collect product reviews and add beautiful Instagram shop strips to our ancillary pages. The customer service team is responsive and helpful, too!

Easily one of the best review apps available! Customer service is excellent. I reached out to customer service in order to make sure all of my reviews were moved over to my new theme without any issues, and Diane from Yotpo responded within the hour and made the appropriate changes without any issues at all. Highly recommend!

Great app allowing moderators comments. Easy to set up and also a great support team behind it. All queries I have had have been answered in a very quick time frame. Highly recommended.
