Incredible features but the 5 stars comes from their support. After purchase care is top notch, they quickly resolved an issue I was having. When I say quick, it was within a couple hours at best.

I really am so excited about this app. We are a brand new company and establishing trust in our products is HUGE in driving conversions. Trust me- I did this in my last job all manually!! This app is amazing- it compiles everything in one place for your for easy management. We then upgraded our free account and the upgrade IS WHERE THE MOST VALUE IS!!! Seriously. Check us out- www.sisumoi.com. My girl, Caroline HOOKED US UP and gave the BEST customer service. She went above and beyond for me with my lack of technical skills and assisting in installing the code. (She was patient and happy the whole way through). Sending virtual high fives to this one. Give this girl a raise!!!! Thank you Caroline and if y'all are stilllllll considering Yotpo. DO IT and GO BIG from the getgo. One of my fav apps!!! We already increased our conversions!

The customer support is amazing. Answers and solutions within 30 min.! The app is performing also well. Automated emails are going out without any problems. And if there is a problem, the support team is always helpful!

Does exactly what it advertises for free and offers really great customer service. Josephine E. helped me so much and even stepped into the back end of my store when I was stuck .

Still setting it all up, mainly commenting on the customer service. Been on the chat with them a couple times while setting up, they're quick to answer with helpful information. Wish more companies were like that.

This app far exceeds the capabilities of previous review apps we have used. We are very happy with how easy it is to use, and how quickly our issues are resolved. We use it on 4 shopify sites - would recommend!

Very useful for the marketing of our products. All the reviews can be shared to social media, which is cool. Yotpo is to have a new feature that syncs the reviews on Walmart. We'll leverage it.

Easy to use app with a strong free product and an even more value-added paid version for a reasonable price. Lots of helpful features to promote reviews and improve conversion. Great customer service too! Highly recommended.

I signed up for the Growth Plan as we are a Small Business and it's been amazing so far. The Customer Service is amazing! Diane helped me solve all my concerns and they were a lot haha. She was extremely nice and helpful. Worth every penny!

Overall a fantastic experience. I was a little apprehensive at first regarding the charges and how they can scale quite high but YotPo is very professional in what they do and takes care to ensure that the review app works perfectly through your site. In my opinion, a very good app to use especially if you don't have a trained developer on hand, as the YotPo team can help with a number of things. Mary Ann from support was especially helpful.

Yotpo's customer service is excellent. I am no coder but I have had a few problems which needed coding and they fixed them without hassle. I appreciate their efforts in keeping my shop up and running smoothly.
