Yotpo is like having another employee who takes care of everything. I simply cannot do everything and collecting reviews is so important. This automated my business and freed up many hours each day for me. Worth the money. The support is unparalleled.

Great app! Satisfied so far, when I have problems Yotpo support (Anne) Helped me every step of the way to finally solve the problem within just a week! 2nd Review (17th May 2021) Had an issue with my shopify theme not showing the customer reviews after changing themes couple months back. After asking Shopify Support Agent ( Ed ), The problem was fixed really quickly and even went above my expectations with additional features! Thank you very much Ed for your prompt and great service! 3rd Customer service experience. Don was very helpful with my questions, helped me figure out the problem and fix it within 5 mins, thank you!

Yotpo's customer service is incredible. I recently switched my eCommerce store from Magento to Shopify and the Yotpo customer support team helped make sure it was an easy process to port over the existing review lists.

I just install the app so I can't tell you how it works yet but I had problems with the installation. I reach out the support service and they are amazing! Quick, efficient and very kind. I recommend them!

There are a lot of apps for reviews on this marketplace, and I mostly just selected Yotpo because they had a free plan. I'm glad I did, though, particularly because their support has been so good. Leizel has helped me with several issues, and she's always given prompt, clear and helpful responses (even though I'm not paying them a dime). Based on my experience so far, I'm definitely planning to stick with Yotpo as my business grows and it makes sense to upgrade to their paid plans.

I have been using this app on all three of my Shopify shops. It is brilliant. Even the free version gives you excellent functionality, and the customer service is second to none.

I started using the free version and then upgraded to paid when my store got too much traffic for the free plan. I have upgraded my theme a couple of times and the Yotpo team has been great in helping me modify the code to get ratings exactly where I wanted them, always in less than 24 hours. These guy rock!
