Yotpo is cool, but this rating is for Paul specifically. He helped me transfer my reviews from my old website, and I was a pain, but he was patient, kind and helpful. I LOVE YOU, PAUL!

We're just getting started with YotPo, but have found the app integration to be super simple...and the onboarding process to be very smooth. The customer service is always there to quickly help with any issues in real time. Five stars all the way around!

Like the free version. Does exactly what we need it to do. Tech support was so fast and helpful when I wasn't happy with where the widgets were coming up. They very quickly went in and made it exactly what I wanted.

This app is amazing for helping to gather reviews. IT offers email functionality so that you can solicit new customers for reviews when they buy, you can even offer a coupon for a completed review. Their tech support was very responsive and even installed code for me. I highly recommend this app!

The support is wonderful! I wanted to collaborate all my reviews onto one page but found the instuctions difficult as there was a fair amount of coding involved. Lemuel C added to the code to my website and I now have a wonderful reviews page where customers can see all my 100s of reviews in one place. Thank you so much Lemuel!

Great app, easy to use for customer reviews. Nice clean layout that looks good on any website. Customer service is exceptional, very quick to fix up any issue I have. Highly recommend!

Loving YOTPO so far! The support team is really wonderful to work with. Always available and ready to answer questions. The review widgets are great and I love that you can customize the colors.

Great app, one of the best out there. The higher tier subscriptions are expensive and out of reach for smaller stores. Would love to add ratings to google shopping products but that is out of reach for my shop at the moment. Get this app for great user generated content and reviews!

This App has been very helpful user friendly, and covers many areas. Support is excelent, and the results are very fast. Really good app to build social validation of our products and services.

They were very attentive as I transferred reviews from my old theme to new theme. Sometimes response to emails within 5 minutes and problem fixed. looking great although I wish their logo didn't have to show on my webpage.
