As soon as I installed Yotpo, reviews started pouring in! Within a few days, I upgraded so that I could install the slider. The team very quickly responded to help me install it and customize the coding for an optimal display.

We are using this app for product rating. We run two different shops based on shopify and both shows reviews with Yotpo. But one of the most important issue is having a perfect support if needed. Yotpo provides 24/7 one of the best service we've ever had. I would especially like to mention the personal support from Daniel P. He solved the concerns on Yotpo super competently and quickly. My experience has been great. I had a problem trying to paste the reviews stars between price and product photo. I followed the instructions of Yotpo but it didn´t work at all. After trying many times I contacted with Yotpo Support. Diane fixed everything and very quick. She is amazing¡¡ I give her a double 10 ¡¡ Thanks Diane ¡¡ I appreciate your help very much. :)

Easy to install while being robust and flexible. Great to see the reviews start to stream in! The reviews add instant legitimacy and the app saves me the time of having to hunt down customers.

I recommend this app to everyone because it works very well and there are many features and above all because a very competent technical service and they are quick to respond. It is very nice to be able to count on people and not just on virtual chat boxes. Very good 5 stars

I have had a number of bespoke coding and CSS improvement requests since installing Yotpo over 18 months ago and Yotpos customer service has delivered on each occasion. Not only is the app awesome at efficiently collecting reviews for my business but the customer service is A1! Keep up the good work guys and keep employing your awesome customer service reps / devs. Excellent!

Great and well worth the money when compared to other review platforms. There were a few teething problems as there are with many apps, but Jo fixed all of them in good time. The review requests convert quickly and enabled us to collect over 100 reviews from past customers within a day. We'll stick with Yotpo and recommend it to others. ** Also they are great with online chat support Reymon Alvero helped me recently and was super helpful!

I had a struggle at first getting it where I wanted it on the website. But Josephine E helped me get it all straightened out. She was SO HELPFUL and patient and walked me through everything. I wish more companies had customer service as good as this. The app LOOKS GREAT on our website!

Great customer service/support. We were in the process of changing our platforms and not sure if we could move the reviews, use the same account, and so on. But Josephine made it so easy she even placed all the widgets and star ratings on the website. Amazing service. Hats off!! Thank you!
