5 stars for support. Vien was particularly responsive and informative. Could do with a few more features that would make tracking easier and more user friendly navigation.

This app is amazing! It has really helped streamline my workflow, and the features are super easy to use. I ran into a small issue with the review count not showing up, but Vien Saints E was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the problem. Their support was excellent, and now everything works perfectly. I highly recommend this app and their great customer service!

Joian Z from Customer Support helped me export a CSV of our reviews, when I had trouble doing so myself. They were super fast and cheerful when responding and completely transparent, making sure I was updated throughout the entire process as the export took some time due to the number of reviews. Thanks for the help!
