I’ve had this app for several years and love it. Great outlet for customer reviews. I recently switched e-commerce platforms and Yotpo support (Neah) was so helpful with assisting & troubleshooting. Great service!

Once again i was super pleased with the help and customer service I received from Yotpo. i was even happier as I got to deal with Diane again for a new client and she greatly helped me with mass amazon review imports and also adding code to a theme which was custom made. Yotpo is without a doubt one of the best apps to integrate with your store and the customer service is even better!

YOTPO has been great! Love having the reviews added to my site. I had a hard time figuring out how to install the "Rich Snippets" option- BUT I used the Yotpo live chat option and the Yotpo representative (PAUL! :) ) helped install that feature for me. I am SO very happy with Yotpo and grateful to have received so many wonderful reviews on my shop, thanks to their app. ALOHA!

Time after time I am amazed by the customer service of Yotpo. The assistance from Daniel, Reinier, Ruzsel John, Kenneth John M and Gimbert has been amazing. I use this app to receive feedback from my customers. It really helps me know what people enjoy the most about my products. I recently experienced a problem with my site and a lady called Shyrene, was extremely helpful and fixed the problem within 10 minutes! I didn't have to do anything! Manny was also extremely helpful and would highly recommended! Reinier D solved a problem for me which would've taken days to complete but they went out of their way to create a spreadsheet in a couple of minutes. So pleased and thankful for this service!
