Very helpful customer service. We had to re-import all our reviews after having our products accidentally deleted (our fault) and they took care of everything.

I installed the app, added a ton of great quality reviews & even had an issue installing a widget but the support agent (Shyrene D) was incredible! Can't recommend this app more!

The customer support team is very responsive and address the issues very swiftly. We believe that that Yotpo is the best review app available.

These guys are pros at customer service. They are so prompt in their responses, and always happy to help. The service itself is easy to use, and gets more reviews than my previous app! I highly recommend trying this out!

YOTPO Support is excellent. We had some implementation issues and their support team quickly responded, resolved our issues with speed, and we were back up and running in no time. The app is great and works exactly as expected - highly recommended.

Yotpo has been fantastic, I'm generating lots of verified 5 star reviews that are being displayed on a carousal on the home page, and individual reviews being displayed on the product pages. The service is second to none, the live chat is instant, and actions are taken straight away to rectify any issues I have. This is a great App.

The free version of this app is perfect for a small store like mine. I have been really impressed with the support that I have received any time that I have had an issue. Recently I had a problem with a review that hadn't pushed over to my Shopify store. Paul from support quickly fixed my issue and wrote back to let me know. Once I have the need to upgrade, I will definitly continue to use Yotpo!

I downloaded this app because its the best rated on the market and it didnt disappoint. I initially input the code myself but my theme had dramas and i contacted customer service where I was met by Diane. she copied my theme input the new code to ensure reviews were on product and collection pages and lastly just got me to publish. The customer service was quick effective and top notch. Thanks once again Diane
