Excellent so far...I installed it about a year ago, but I'm finally using its features today. I got some great chat help from customer support, and the features work flawlessly!!

This app is fantastic. Awesome functions, good customizations and it works to generate reviews. But the best thing is, the customer support. They go above and beyond call of duty. They really helped with implementing everything. A+.

This application has definitely helped us sell more items, based off customer reviews. I was running out of emails every month to send, so I upgraded the plan to Growth 200, and then support team installed some snippets of code for us, to save us the time and the confusion. Great app and great support!

Hi, I added this app and had some technical problems implementing it at the homepage. I wrote to the support. Very shortly, I've recieved an answer from Josephine from Customer Support. She solved my problem very fast and even improved the implementation of Yotpo in my website. Working with this app for some time now, I can say that it's an incredible reviews app and it is a must for every Shopify website. Start with the free plan and later upgrade if needed. So far the customer support has continued to be excellent. Glad to have them available to quickly sort and fix issues. Update 3 months later - Easiest integration, friendly team and continue to provide an excellent level of support.

Love this app. It is so easy to use & if you have any issues, their customer service is amazing! Their responses is all speedy & friendly and your questions are quickly answered and issues are quickly fixed.

Feb from Yotpo came through on so many customizations and integrations on my website! I tried doing certain modifications myself, but had issues with my theme. Feb was beyond helpful and was able to fix everything for me in until 24h. Absolutely satisfied with the service. The app has also been generating reviews for us so no complaints!

I have used Yotpo on my website for about a year now. Before I had a place for customers to leave reviews business was lacking in the products sold dept. Reviews are a must these days. Since I started using Yotpo, the reviews have picked up and my business has too! I know its one of the first things I check when buying products online. Today I opened up a store on a different platform and I wanted to keep my reviews, but I could not figure out how to get them to follow my change. After fooling with it for a few days I broke down and ask Yotpo for some help. I received instructions on what to do not long after I asked for help. Well, I still couldn't figure it out. So Paulo wrote back and offered this for me. He promptly fixed my problems in no time. I have to say, the response time to my email was fast, courteous and willing to go that extra mile to help in any way he could. Thank you Paulo!

Yotpo is a really nice app for collecting reviews. We have been using it for a year now and just upgraded bc we were maxing out at 50 every month. Jenny was super helpful in installing the code for us, and helping us add features and answer questions. We like how this integrates with Shopify, Ping, and Facebook.

We are at the 400 orders per month mark. We started by using the free version to test things out. Just using the free version we were able to generate 25 product reviews within a week. For a free app we got a ton of value. We have since upgraded to the paid version. Great customer service as well.

We migrated from Magento2 to Shopify and Crescel was extremely helpful in helping us get our old reviews transferred to our new website. The app is awesome and the customer service is even better!
