We use this app to get customer reviews. When we were not ready to utilize a feature that Yotpo provides, a friendly guru quickly assisted us with removing it.

Easy to use, good moderation. Wish they had some intermediate plans between the '200 reviews requests' and the big custom plans. Seems like the selling reps only want to sell the big customer plans, and don't want to work with us little, but not tiny folks. I will say customer support is top notch, Ronal was prompt and took care of my questions/issue quickly.

Integrates easily, great platform for collecting reviews and reaching customers. Support team is awesome and very quick to respond. Feb T helped me with integrating reviews and was a pleasure to work with.

I am impressed so far with this app as its helped me gain reviews for my amazing products which has helped make sales stronger. The support is also really excellent and fast!

love the app and the service that i get. Pauline was amazing helping me optimize all features to make sure we maximize the value of the app. great app without great service is not so great but we got both!

This application is great for collecting reviews automatically and posting them to our product pages. Easy to install and easy to use. The staff is great to work with if you need any assistance!

Josephine E. was my most excellent Yotpo Hero! She checked my coding, fixed it, and then also left me with an extra optional theme edit. I ended up using her extra suggestions and I think it will truly help boost my new sights sales.

I've had Yotpo on my site for years now and I've always been happy with it, but recently had an issue with how reviews were displayed on my site. I contacted support and Pauline responded within minutes. She fixed my issue straight away and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Yotpo

I wanted to ad a graphic in my macmail signature and link it to a reviews page. Ruel was able to get me all the answers I needed. I'm grateful for how fast and knowledgable he was. I also like the 'send transcript' email feature so I could save all the links he was sending me from our chat for future review. I am very pleased.

We've been using Yotpo for a while over the standard review system available in Shopify and we're big fans. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that it isn't white labeled (they have Yotpo branding) unless you spend a fortune on enterprise solutions basically. But all the other tools are great, the customer service is excellent (got a custom update to a new theme we're doing in less than 48 hours), so we're happy!
