Amazing and easy to use app, once you've installed it you can easily collect reviews from your customers. Love this app - had an issue during the installation process, Josephine from Yotpo was able to help me within hours. Now everything works perfectly fine!

I had a problem trying to get the reviews centered on my website Subbytech.com I contacted support and Ruel saved the day. Very grateful for the support yotpo offers. Highly recommended for their support, as well as the functionality of their app.

Very Very Helpful, I had an issue with my reviews not displaying correctly as I had set it up wrong. The team were quick to help me resolve my issue. Very happy with the service.

YOTPO is such a great review app that adds a lot of trust and transparency to our products. Installation and UI/UE is great, and customer service is phenomenal. We are NOT tech-savvy at all, so weʻve been working closely with Pauline from the Support Team and she has been phenomenal in helping to customize our widget colors and fonts to be brand-appropriate. Pauline was very responsive and was patient and kind enough to go through multiple rounds of revision with us until we got everything looking just right. Thank you so very much for creating a beautiful service, and for your outstanding customer service!

I installed this app so I could begin obtaining customer reviews on my web site. It was very easy to set up, but I ran into a little snag cutting and pasting the code to make the stars show up on my products. I contacted support, and Pauline and things fixed in no time. So far, things are working very well, and the customer support has been great. Thanks for making this app, and for your help!

I love everything about this app, its a must on a website to give your site some credibility. I struggled to get it all set up but the support was beyond my expectations and the look of it on the site is perfect. The ease to use and manage plus all the features... wish I had found it sooner. Couldn't recommend it enough!!!

So far this app is working like a charm. I love the look and setup was super easy. I sent 3 emails to support when I upgraded my account and Paulo responded within 10mins. I asked him if he could instal some widgets onto my website and presto without any question the job was done within 5 mins. Thank you Paulo your the best, Update Always receive the best service thx

I needed to switch platforms and the support from Yotpo team was amazing. Particularly by Jenny B. who was very dedicated and proactive in helping me with the migration and also figuring how to fix a bug that was caused by misconfiguration.

I worked with Jenny, and she helped me retroactively send emails that were never sent out due to our order limit being reached. This was done out of her goodwill, and I have since upgraded the plan. Thanks for the help!
