Yotpo: Product Reviews App

This app is easy to use and it is a great way to feel connected to your customers. My only complaint is the giant jump you have to take from 100 "emails" a month at $50/month to the next level. The next jump is is $200/month! That is a big jump for a small company. I wish they had something in between.

I really like how the app helps me get reviews for my products it works efficiently and looks good on the website. Recently I changed themes which meant my previous reviews were no longer showing. I was quickly helped by Pauline at Yotpo who fixed it for me in no time!

Excellent app with lots of great features and great support. Hermes from the support team was especially helpful and installed the app to a new version of our theme manually for me without issues or interruptions on the live site.

Great app, picking up a lot of reviews via the in email review service and the features looks good on site. Excellent customer service from Edcel who recently helped with something very efficiently.

One of the most useful apps we have in our ecom store. Yotpo Reviews 100% does what it claims to do. Also, their customer service (Eric A.) is just fantastic.

Initially I created a ticket and it took a while to get responses but they satisfied my request eventually and I am very happy with their service. And the app has all the features you need and they are for free. Highly recommend!

I am quite impressed. Paolo was my online support and he went above and beyond my requests. He didn't have to do what he did to help me move around and configure the way my reviews showed online, but he took the extra time and did it for us!! Thank you Yotpo and especially Paolo Macasero!

I use the Yotpo app to help aggregate and promote customer reviews. The support team is very responsive and helpful making installation and set up easy.

This is the app we try to use to increase our conversion rate! It does everything we need it to! You always get the answer when you need it (during the office hour). Highly recommend it!

This app does everything that it promises.. and the customer service is great. I was having trouble integrating my reviews directly onto the product page and sent a note. Maria helped me out, and they did it for me. Very happy. We've been using Yotpo for over 18mo, and plan to continue indefinitely.

The customer service is always so great! Thanks James for helping me today! I was a little bit afraid of integrating the app myself and i wrote to Yotpo for help. Yulia took care of me and resolved all my problems beyond my expectations!! I am very very happy with the customer service! The app is now well integrated to my website and i feel suported if i have other questions. Thanks a lot!!!

I contacted Yotpo as a number of our reviews were not appearing on our website. Michelle was quick to respond and explained why this was happening. I was then able to provide her with what she needed to populate them on our site which meant 21 more great reviews! It would be great if I could stop reviews going against our monogramming options at the outset as I think I may well have to go back to Yotpo for further support.

It's not the cheapest application on Shopify but Yotpo has helped consolidate and automate much of the customer reviews process for our online store (https://plyco.com.au). The tools have revealed key areas for improvement in the products & services we provide; enabling our business to grow.
