This app works perfectly and is bringing both our our websites more interest. but the best thing about this is the customer support. It is simply outstanding. They get back to you in a reasonable amount of time and go well above and beyond to take care of every question or issue you have. The issues I had were about my ability to make the app work within my particular theme...they took care of it...the app itself works great!

Great app. Collects lots of reviews for our website and allows us to respond when necessary before posting below star ratings. Cust service is also very responsive. If you have an online store you definitely need this app.

Our shopify store needed a review section for our shopify store. When I installed the app, the widget wasn't under the "Customer Review" section - instead it was at the bottom of the page. That was an issue because: 1) Customer won't be able to see or write the review 2) It wasn't in the right "tab"/"section" for customers to see the reviews I contacted Yotpo to help use at the backend so the widget can appear on the "Customer Review" section/tab. Within 24 hours, Dana (Yotpo Support) had completely resolved the issue. We are so grateful by Yotpo's attention to detail and quick action to resolve our issue. I'm so impressed! Super easy to install (especially if you are not at all familiar with HTML) Super quick customer service response Super quick resolution We highly, HIGHLY recommend this app for your Shopify Store!

Realistically speaking, you're going to have to pay for a fully functional version, so the "free" tag is kind of misleading. That said, the platform, while very expensive, did exactly what it said it would do... collect reviews. If you're in a business where reviews are important.... there's nothing better

So far I am very happy with not only the app itself and its relative ease of use, but also with the support I have received on some questions that I had. They were professional, thorough and very helpful in assisting me with how their app appeared on my site. We've used other review apps before but this has definitely been much more fruitful and we are getting many people interested in giving their reviews of us and our products.

They make it easy for customers to review and we have seen an increase of product reviews. They even assisted in placement on our website at no cost to us.

March 2021: another great experience. We changed our theme and I lost the reviews showing on the product pages. I contacted Yotpo on the chat on a Sunday and Eleen responded immediately and fixed my problem. Great support, thank you Eleen for your help! December 2020: Another awesome support, this time from MaryAnn! November 2019: I want to update my review. If I could give 5 MORE stars, I would. Since I can't, I will explain here why we are so happy. Our reviews were not showing in Google. So I contacted Yotpo support (as well as the app we use for SEO), and ADRIAN from YOTPO replied within a few hours with a very thorough explanation, way above and beyond Yotpo's reach. Adrian did some analysis in Google that pointed out some left over junk from other apps (that we had already removed). He gave me enough information so I could raise the flags with the other vendors. For that reason, I was going to give permission to Adrian to go there and fix what was necessary (even if the problem was not due to Yotpo), but the other vendor stepped in and fixed their mess. I couldn't be happier. As a small business owner, we trust that the apps we put on the store are doing what they are supposed to do, and not causing problems. Not all are like that. I am glad there are professionals like Adrian who know what they are doing and provide support that is second to none. So here are my 10 stars for Yotpo: ********** July 2018 : We installed Yotpo two months ago and we love it. It is easy to use, super helpful for customers to enter reviews and Yotpo support is outstanding. They reply to any and all questions very quickly and the answers are thorough.
