We are consistently impressed by the prompt and responsive customer service we receive when we reach out to Yotpo. We recently switched online platforms, and Wendyle was able to help us get all our reviews from one platform to the other. Our customers are important to us, and it's clear Yotpo values the people they work with as well!

I am very satisfied with the customer service. I needed to import reviews from another platform to my website, and Sheila R. assisted me throughout the process, answering all my questions and helping me complete the review import as well as installing the missing widget. I had a few little teething issues that I needed tidying up. I tried to fix with changing a bit of code but still wasn't getting the result i was looking for. I contacted support and explained the issue and within a couple of back and forths Sheila R had it fixed within 30min with the result I was looking for.
