Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I like that the app offers in-email reviews, I've already seen more reviews come through vs. from our other review email-campaign from a different app. Daniel P was so patient helping me upgrade my widget, saving me lots of time.

Cannot rate completely yet as have not fully installed. I messed up my first go at importing and Customer Support (Doner) provided excellent assistant to quickly solve the problem. Very impressed so far :)

John B was helpful when we needed to downgrade our account. Only reason for this change is because our store is closing. I was able to easily dowload the file of all reviews prior to doing so.

Just completed the setup process. I had a couple of questions and needed support's help to get everything working properly and get the theme colors updated. The support online chat worked very well and Jeorge Kenneth, the support tech was very pleasant and helpful.

Great Help from John B, he was able to get the job done swiftly for me. Quick response and action time!

I just wish some of the advanced features were available at a lower price. Support has been helpful though (if a little bit slow). Dani

Fantastic app that really helps to support review marketing. It takes the guess work out of setting up core features like Social media push and is affordable. Their support team are super helpful and always available. Thanks Allen M for your help today with getting my review page and carousel errors resolved.

Ronel provided excellent service and did everything possible to work through my challenges. The free plan offers minimal options for customisation, and some things are rather annoying such as a tiny logo in emails and typos in the templates which can't get changed.

Nice app, useful easy to use and blending well with site design. Very Helpful customer service with online chat always on!

Still working out the app and features, but Joian Z was a huge help on the chat in helping my issues .

Amazing support. John M. sorted out us right away. Super helpful. Only downside that features like the Reviews Carousel are only when you subscribe. You can't have some limited functionality as a free version..

Excellent support team. The product has a good management interface, but needs clarity on some of the products and features.

The app and system works great, the product update progression has been a bit slow but I've seen a lot more lately.

easy to use! I wish the interface was a bit more dynamic (customizations update on the site in real time, etc), but I think they will get there. Very simple.

The support team is great, helps in time record, especially Joian Z :) The app is good but you have to pay for most of the options and the email customisations.
