Ruzsel John Nabong was such a great help! I needed to add a reviews block to Klaviyo emails and was having a hard time adding my app key. He was able to get on a call right away to help guide me through it. I appreciated the personal interaction as it made the process more efficient than just messaging and allowed me to ask additional questions.

Very user-friendly with lots of cool features to drive engagement, collect customer insights and increase conversions. He was able to confirm with screen recordings how to properly test and confirm everything with our review requests were properly formatted.
