This thing is pretty great! Engages customers in a simple way to help fill your store with conversion driving customer reviews from verified shoppers. It also provides a great way to help provide customer service to dissatisfied customers and turn them into positive reviews and repeat business! Thanks Yotpo!

Absolutely FAB... had a hiccup or two at the beginning, I'm not all that computer literate, but Dave was amazing, the response was so quick and it was sorted in a couple of hours. will definitely recommend

Brilliant! Seriously!. We installed this app on our site and it was simple, easy to use and effective. Our customers love it, as it gives those who have purchased a real opportunity to provide feedback on their purchase. Those wishing to buy can also access the information to decide whether they want to proceed. What we liked most was the level of support provided. Amazing. These guys are quick, efficient and happy to help sort out any issues or answer any questions. Do yourself a big favor and install this app. If the day comes where it costs a small sum it will still be worth it. Great job Yotpo!

What a great App! Love how it integrates itself in to my company facebook page as well. I don't even have to do anything with it. My customers took advantage of this right away. Give my company much more street credit now. This REALLY is a great and easy to use app. Best of all, it is of no charge. Can't beat that now can you?!?!?

Let me start off saying this: IF you're looking for an easy to use review system - look no further. Yotpo is it. Done. End of Review. Now go about your business...or read my essay below... 1. Yotpo installation is supremely easy. Can you read? You can set it up! 2. Yotpo is feature rich and they keep adding more features every week/month. 3. Yotpo is useful. I like having reviews from clients. They seem to be honest and heartfelt because it's being posted to a 3rd party (Yotpo) instead of directly to me in some way. 4. Yotpo is SOCIAL! It posts for me on our Facebook page and Twitter feed. SWEET. no. FREAKIN' SWEET! 5. Yotpo does all the work for me. Emailing clients. Reminding them to post a review for their purchase. 6. Yotpo upgrades! I know I said it before but I will mention it again. The Yotpo team does NOT rest on their laurels. New features have been released on the regular and when something isn't working right - a quick email to their support staff and VOILA! POOF! They fix the bloody issue! 7. Yotpo is customizable. When I first started with Yotpo there were some limitations as far as color scheme was concerned. But I sent them an email and they work their magic. BOOM! Suddenly I can colorize my buttons and customize the appearance to match my website. BRAVO! 8. If you read this far please stop now. Go install Yotpo. Thank me later. In fact just thank the Yotpo crew - LONG LIVE THE YOTPO!

FAST FORWARD: Tried. Tested. True. We've been using Yotpo for about two months now + feel this is BEST APP in the app store. We use about a dozen different apps ------everything from order management to customer service to marketing; After recently switching to Shopify2, we were shown our conversions --10% and growing-- are a direct result of Yotpo. "Referral Code yotpo_1" <----------WOOT. AWESOME. Installation was quick + easy -- even for someone not at all familiar with code. The step by step installation video was key. We received several reviews within 24 hours; and more are flowing in daily. It's very well designed, the layout and look is unobtrusive so it doesn't overpower the look + feel of our site. I also really like the social feature. You can set it up to auto post to Facebook + Twitter so it saves time. Yotpo has everything you want in a review app. IMHO, this is the most valuable app in Shopify.

We never had the ability to easily collect user testimonials before - and I felt weird asking.... so we just didn't. Have to say -- we are LOVING the feedback we are getting from our customers now using your app. It's great information for our company and serves as almost daily inspiration for us. GREAT addition to our Shopify Cart!

The best any store owner can use for reviews. So far this app has been wonderful. Very easy to install and when we did have a question, the staff was quick to answer and solved our queries.

Very pleased with this App. It's created a pleasantly surprising volume of very positive feedback on our products from around the world. I like the fact that it automatically updates to our Facebook page and has a summary of the product being reviewed next to it.
