We are very happy with the Yotpo Product Reviews and UGC app. There are a ton of customizations that can be made and multiple ways to display your product reviews. If ever we have any issues, the customer support team goes above and beyond to resolve. Today Ruzsel helped me to customize a landing page I was stuck on and had my questions resolved in minutes.

I have Yotpo on both my websites and it works well for me. I did have an issue recently with what appeared to be bots adding a thumbs down in high volume to many of my reviews, because of the nature of many of my products (in person and 1 to 1 classes) I know they are not genuine. Yotpo did resolve this for me with a workaround so overall I have been very happy.

Super helpful team, I have never experienced support like it - I have received around the clock assistance for an issue we had on our account both Ruzsel and Jeffrey have been outstanding, following through to resolution. Great platform with an excellent team.

Excellent app and customer service is top notch! Anytime I need assistance the reps are always there and can count on results. Recently I worked with Mitch on getting reviews added to my homepage as a carousel and was having difficulty after following the instructions and when I reached out to Mitch he fixed the issue in less than a day. Thank you again!

Love this product - great customer service. I noticed an issue with our reviews, Doner sorted it out in under 5 minutes and explained what the issue was so I can ensure it doesn't happen again from my end. Really happy with this service!

Responded to my enquiry straight away with a solution. Reymond was very helpful. I would prefer yotpo over loox as yotpo looks more professional on the website and and they have more features like questions and answers people can go through. making it like a social forum on the product.
