We've had a great experience using Yotpo Reviews so far. The automated review request emails convert quite well, and customer support has always been very helpful. We had a slight issue in using support articles to install the star ratings on our Collections pages and Doner P with the support team installed it for us without issue.

ive been using yotpo for all of its services for over 18months now. cant really fault the product. needed service and got fantastic assistance from Vien Saints to get it sorted within 10-15mins. good product and good after sale service.
