Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Simoun was very helpful with the setting up. I cannot judge the app itself yet, but it looks promising.

Great customer service and quick response time! Lemuel was very helpful and did what I wanted very quickly.

Assistance was excellent. Answered all my questions promptly and helped me fix my issue. Just be aware with this app that anyone can review on your site (even your competitors) unless you change the settings.

Yotpo Growth Plans are good if you don't want to break the bank, but you want to do cool things with your reviews. The customer support is OK considering what you're paying for the app - ideally, I'd like support to know things a little more readily. I often feel like I repeat myself to get them to understand my queries. But maybe that's a me thing! Ha! I recently worked with Nicole, and she was dedicated to the task at hand, so I'm grateful for that!

Joian was a great help with helping me export my reviews. Although I am leaving Yotpo because it isn't as effective as other apps, the customer service is wonderful. Thanks Joian Z

We had a great experience with their support team. Very quick to respond and helpful and knowledgeable.

I have very unique products and rarely ever have the same products repeatedly, which means I can't use the widget, which is unfortunate. I can use the SEO page instead, but the formatting is much more limited. It seems every reviews app I've tried would have the same issue so I'm sticking with Yotpo for now anyways. However, MAJOR points for the customer service. Both people I dealt with were very helpful, and even made lots of the changes I requested themselves right away. Very very happy with the customer service.

Great app, and great support, the only flaw is that I cannot respond directly to customer reviews within emails because I use a Mac, apparently supported on Windows but not Mac, but that's the only issue.

Had great customer support from Edilyn B. She took the time to blacklist a few products as I was having a hard time with the process! Allen M. was super helpful in providing a review summary for all our products and recipes as well!

Today, when we needed help and support, we connected immediately with Arven S. who was absolutely diligent and wonderful. I have had experience in the past where it took forever to connect with a representative, and when we did connect, Yotpo was not at all able to offer the support we needed (the Yotpo subscription options fell off after we upgraded the theme for our website and no one at Yotpo was able to help us with this.). It was super disappointing. Our website hasn't been able to offer subscriptions because of this. I've never forgotten that. Today, my interaction with Arven was stellar. Thank you so much for this!! I wish Yotpo could offer this level of support more consistently. We would be more loyal to Yotpo.

Still a little early to give 5 stars, but the customer support is great. Very hard to come by apps these days that don't just try to send you to the FAQ's.

Good App, Great customer support! Was having a hard time installing the Review Carousel on my Home Page and used chat support feature to be connected to Djan. They answered all of my questions and got me set up. Now going forward I know what I need to do should I want to make any updates. Very happy!

UPDATE: After leaving a bad review, they eventually fixed my issue. Still not sure if I can give it 5 stars yet. It is pricier than another review app that I've used on a different site, and I'm not sure which delivers better value, but this app has caused some frustrations, and their tech support was unable to help until I left a bad review. I've used this app for 9 months now I think. My biggest issue is that it's fairly expensive for basic features and the customer support or technical support is terrible. There have been some persistent issues regarding shopify 2.0 upgrades. Specifically there's a responsiveness issue that they just won't acknowledge, and so it's not getting fixed. I've seen others with the same problem. I would highly recommend looking at other review apps, comparing prices, and assume that this one is just not performing well recently.

Great customer service. The program is affordable and provides the value needed to reassure customers. I would like some better customization in the free option but it's free, so can't complain.

The service is awesome. It almost midnight here and the support replied to my surprise. And they solved everything! amazing..!

Good app, does what it's meant to do. Free for most of it, but very limited options/design if you're not paying for it's upgraded plan. Customer service is very good though, Yotpo Albert V is very quick & proactive to help solve my problems faced with the app.

Great app. Angelo really helped me to set up the widget in my website. Was also super responsive and answered all the emails quickly
