Jeorge Kenneth V was very helpful with the widget installation. The app is easy to use for both the merchant and the clients. The review requests are helpful on obtaining ratings for your products.

The app is not only excellent, but the support also truly stands out. Daniel is amazing! I required technical assistance for my website, and his responses were incredibly prompt. He not only addressed my specific questions but also efficiently fixed the issue. During our chat, it unexpectedly ended midway due to my delayed response, but Daniel promptly emailed me and dedicated time to resolve all the issues. A big thanks to Daniel! Highly recommended!

Update: I recently had an issue with an incorrect review posted by a customer. After I resolve the matter with the customer, it was initially hard to get it resolved on Yotpo. I had to get in touch with a member of the support team. Fortunately, Reymon N. Was extremely helpful. Once again he went above and beyond, and got the matter resolved beautifully. —- Yotpo's support person Rhenant went way above & beyond to help me with installation of the widget on Shopify, which was otherwise pretty confusing to me. Rhenant really stuck with me and went the extra mile, giving me exactly what I neede and more than I expected in terms of help. Rhenant is great!

Gabriel S. was such a great help and made setting up the review widget and star rating widget easy. He did all the work and was even able to move things to different parts of the page and helped with sizing and styling. Anything he couldn't help with he escalated to the developer to get it resolved. Thanks again!

Yotpo is easy to work with and I've been able to customize my Review widgets to an extent that I wasn't able to with our previous service. The customer service is also amazing. I spoke with Rhenant, and was helped within 5 minutes. So happy we switched over to Yotpo!

I just installed the app recently, and I had a bit of trouble setting it up. However, Ruzsel J, was extremely helpful and fixed my concerns in less than 5 mins. Very proactive customer support.

The app does what I need it to do at this point. My store is very very young and the free portion works good for what I need. But I had a demo call with Gal Baum and he really helped out a lot by walking through the app step by step with me, and going over all the features. Very professional, very thorough, and understood exactly what to do for my needs.

Großartiger Support! Mein Problem wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. So einen Kundenservice wünscht man sich! Sehr zu empfehlen. Darüber hinaus bin ich mit der App ebenfalls sehr zufrieden.
