Really grateful for the chat system they have. I recently got one of those scam reviews where they try to advertise their email to get customers to purchase a service which is so annoying that these scammers are such Pest! Thankfully Yotpo customer service rep Jeorge Kenneth V was very helpful and resolved my issue! Thank you!

Absolute stunning service by Joian Z from Yotpo support. I recently changed from the old Debut theme to the new Dawn theme and were having trouble to load the Yotpo widget again. Within a few minutes it was resolved. So re-assuring to have such excellent support for apps you pay for.

I was experiencing issues with installing the review star ratings to the homepage of my website. Daniel P. was able to figure out the problem and he added the feature with no issue. He continued to follow-up with me until the job was completed. John B. was also helpful when I asked for the review star ratings to be added to my current theme and NOT the copy.
