I got a lot of help with this app. I couldn't update my reviews for anything and the nice and helpful people, Rhenant and Jeorge Kenneth V; they helped me so much. Now I see my reviews and I'm so happy. I'm looking forward to working with this app.

Mi trovo bene con il piano gratuito, che secondo me per far partire l'e-commerce è perfetto. Facile da impostare e utilizzare. In più gli assistenti sono stati sempre disponibili e molto preparati. Consiglio

Dunno if it was my luck, but u guys have been improving the attention CS provides at least this full year, the last guy who helped me set up my walmart syndication plan, John G, was amazing, clear, concise & helped me get a better understanding of what was needed from me in order to achieve success in my walmart syndication venture, so kudos to y'all!

Really rate this app. There is so much more flexibility and functionality that other review apps we've used. Customer service is great and the help desk are always on hand to help. If you're thinking about moving from feefo or trustpilot you will be in for a nice suprise!

I recently migrated my website from another platform to Shopify and also needed my reviews migrated. I'm not the greatest when it comes to tech stuff and found it incredibly frustrating trying to figure out how to do it. After contacting Yotpo I was greeted by one of their techs named John G and I am so thankful to him. When I say I spent the best part of 2 days going from tears of frustration, to wanting to completely give up, I'm not exaggerating! John G was so patient and extremely helpful. He prompty responded back to every one of my numerous (and I mean numerous) requests for help, with clear instructions via text and even creating short videos showing me exactly what to do, in the hopes of helping me understand visually. I am forever grateful for his patience and all of his help. I now have my reviews imported to my new Shopify site. Yotpo is an awesome platform and I would thoroughly recommend using them.
