I received excellent assistance from Rhenant with domain authentication. After my inquiry, I received the records within 20 minutes, and the process was completed in no time. This speed is unique to Yotpo, and I believe it is a fantastic app with great support.

We've been using Yotpo for a couple years, and I am really positive on it lately. The new 3.0 widgets are sleek and fit well into your brand template. John G. did a phenomenal job installing for us. Only thing to note: the marketplace syndication with Walmart is a work in progress.

Had some issues with my installation and connected to their online chat. Was connected to Ruzsel J who was fast and efficient in fixing the issue. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

I have been really loving Yotpo since I installed it a few months ago, and my customers have too. I am not particularly tech savvy so I needed assistance with a mistake I made installing my Yotpo widget to Shopify and John G. was a huge help. Not only did he quickly resolve the issue, but he even set up a homepage carousel for me as a (great) recommendation and helped me publish it. I am really grateful for this quick, simple support and for all that Yotpo brings to my small business.

Very happy with Yotpo - I had some minor issues when I updated my theme. I really like the chat help because things can be resolved in real time. I chatted with Doner P. who was extremely helpful and took care of things perfectly!

I was able to get the reviews widget installed without any difficulty. I had quite a bit of trouble getting the reviews tab to show on my home page. It didn't come up as an option in Shopify despite multiple installation attempts. I was able to connect with Doner on the support team who was very knowledgable and was quickly able to resolve the problem on the back end. Much appreciate the timely customer support and quick resolution of this problem.
