Ruzsel J helped me fix a file upload issue. He quickly took the file and personally made the changes needed. He then uploaded the file for me. Outstanding customer service.

Midday live chat waiting a little bit, but when I had an agent (John B.), he was very helpful with providing me information. He also offered to email me some articles about setting up the app on our store.

John G was so helpful in the support chat! I wanted some help on getting my reviews on the homepage and he did it all for me and showed me how to adjust if I wanted too! So grateful for their help, and the product is amazing!

The app is easy to use and does what it's supposed to. Most of all, help is a click away. I had a couple of features that I wanted to turn on and chatted with John G. He was able to get those features implemented in seconds. He also suggested a few other features that I think will be great for my site. He was very helpful and efficient. I have used other apps where, although the app may be good, the service is not there. This is certainly an app that has both.

This is one of the best Review apps on Shopify. Had issues one time and John B was more than helpful in resolving it so fast ! Love you guys

I have talked with customer supoort through the chat feature many times now and tonight, was blown away by how the agent, Rhenant T, was able to fix my Shopify store's malfunctioning reviews carousel within my store. It looks and works perfectly now! Saved me so much time and effort! Thank you so very much!
