We downloaded and integrated Yotpo but was running into issues on getting the widget to work due to our specific stylized theme. I was going back and forth with Yotpo and Shopify trying to figure out how to get the widget to work properly and Daniel P came and saved the day! Completely fixed the app and now we can use it on our store to collect reviews. Thank you, Daniel!

Had an issue that turned out was not created by Yotpo but from another review app. Allen M in customer service really tried his best to fix the problem and luckily identified the source of the problem. Very much appreciated!

I was very new to setting up a review page for my website. The support team was very very quick to responded and very helpful. I had some issues with getting my SEO Review Page live (hence not the 5 stars) however, the support team and especially Kenneth John M went above and beyond to help me solve the issue. Now I have a great looking review page on my website and works perfectly. Highly recommended Yotpo for anyone looking to start a review page.
