John B was helpful when we had a problem connecting our reviews to our Meta account. I have sent an email previously about it to Support but that person was unhelpful and fell out of the conversation and never followed up after two emails. I appreciate John looking into the problem and sending a follow-up. Thank you!

無料プランでアプリを導入しましたが、サイトにうまく反映されませんでした。 すべて英語表記なのですが、翻訳アプリなどを使ってチャットで質問したところ、Shopifyのコラボレーター機能を使って解決してもらえました。 分からないことは教えてもらえるのでYotpoにしてよかったです。 担当してくれたRuzsel Jさん、ありがとうございました！

It's a great app. Incredibly east to install. I'm currently using the Free Plan for my own business but have used the enterprise level plans with my "day job" and have found the level of support to be just as good whether you're paying or not. It's a great app to grow with - and the price points definitely allow you space to grow in these early days when outgoings far exceed the incomings. I had a question just recently about email triggers and Warly S was able to provide me with excellent help and very quickly.

This app and its CS team is awesome. It was my first time with Yotpo and I didn't know how to use it. I even didn't know how to reject my reviews. Then, Ruzsel John helped me a lot. Thanks to him, now I am very happy using this app :) +This is an update to my previous review from August 2023. Back then, I mentioned how helpful the Yotpo CS team was — and that still hasn’t changed! Recently, Doner P helped me again with such kindness and speed that my issue was solved right away. I truly appreciate how consistent the support has been since day one. Still one of the best apps with the best customer service!

Yotpo has helped us know our customers by reading and listening to their reviews. It's a very easy platform to work with, and customer service is amazing. I personally worked with John B, who late at night helped me, and found solutions for me that worked instantly. I honestly recommend this service to all!

Excellent Service! Extremely fast response time! I had a minor issue with widgets not displaying exactly where I wanted them, and this issue was resolved straight away thanks to Rhenant and Allen :) Definitely recommend!
