I recently had the pleasure of working with Vincent from Yotpo Support on a fairly complex issue involving Yotpo Reviews. From the moment we connected, Vincent was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly understood the problem and resolved it efficiently, walking me through each step with clarity and confidence. It’s rare to experience this level of customer support—especially when the issue isn’t a simple one—but Vincent handled it flawlessly. Great communication, fast resolution, and genuinely helpful. I just dealt with John N Ruzsel regarding some reviews I lost when accidentally deleting a product. John went above and beyond to assist me and even did a facetime to walk me through the steps. I know Yotpo can some times be more costly than other review services, but this is the type of support that keeps us a loyal customer. Thank you John, you did a great job and you resolved my issue very quickly.

This app is intuitive, and displays reviews in real time. I like being able to send emails to consumers to request reviews and being in control of the content. their customer service is great as well I've worked with several of their customer service reps who are all super responsive. Being able to chat in real time is a game changer. Thank you to Claire and to Reymond N who helped me with my theme issues!
