Love this product - great customer service. I noticed an issue with our reviews, Doner sorted it out in under 5 minutes and explained what the issue was so I can ensure it doesn't happen again from my end. Really happy with this service!

Responded to my enquiry straight away with a solution. Reymond was very helpful. I would prefer yotpo over loox as yotpo looks more professional on the website and and they have more features like questions and answers people can go through. making it like a social forum on the product.

Kelsey and the Yopto team have gone above and beyond to make sure my onboarding was figured out. In the beginning there were some hiccups, but now that we are rocking and rolling I am seeing my reviews conversion go up significantly from Junip. So far, very pleased!
