This app works well and the customer support team is very helpful. We moved from the free version to a paid version - our onboarding specialist, Lora, was very helpful, proactive and prompt with getting everything set up properly.

Installation is easy, and Ruzsel John form your support team was great with a hiccup we ran into and helped us fix it within a few minutes.

Really grateful for the chat system they have. I recently got one of those scam reviews where they try to advertise their email to get customers to purchase a service which is so annoying that these scammers are such Pest! Thankfully Yotpo customer service rep Jeorge Kenneth V was very helpful and resolved my issue! Thank you!
