I am a small business and was looking for an efficient review App, easy to install. I am very happy with the return I am getting from the Yotpo App and the flexibility it offers. We've had our fair share of chat conversations with the customer service team, but John G. stands out with his patience and dedication. His ability to not just hear, but really listen to our issues made all the difference. We had the task of importing 100+ reviews. He patiently guided us through the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. And bonus points for taking the extra step of directing us to utilize features we were completely unaware of! Some other agents fell short here, but John G. was a game-changer.

Jeorge Kenneth V was very quick and helpful. Had all my questions answered in a matter of minutes and cleared the cache to help speed up the change I needed made.

Just installed Yotpo app and installed my reviews, but didn't see them on my store. I started a chat to figure out that issue thats when John B came in. Very helpfully from the start to a look at my account a assured me that it can take up to 24hrs to updated and was there for any other questions I might of had. Appreciated John B

This app works well and the customer support team is very helpful. We moved from the free version to a paid version - our onboarding specialist, Lora, was very helpful, proactive and prompt with getting everything set up properly.

Installation is easy, and Ruzsel John form your support team was great with a hiccup we ran into and helped us fix it within a few minutes.
