Yotpo makes it super easy to leave product reviews and monitor them. It's nice that we are able to move between platforms and bring the reviews over. We are moving from Ecwid to Shopify and I messed up somehow and duplicated all our reviews. Warly S with support was super helpful and deleted the duplicates and helped me understand what to do moving forward. Excellent service

My experience with John G. was amazing! I'm so thankful I could simply hand off my issues to him and he was able to install the features I needed on my website. I'm not tech-savvy and I thought I would be so frustrated by the end of this but it was the exact opposite. Thanks so much!

Other than the name, because let's face it, "YotPo" sounds like a communist sauna commune just below San Francisco, this tool is actually pretty good. Integration goes far - I like their support and the ability to moderate is great too.

Very professional app, user generated content and reviews go a long way for potential customers in building trust and being all around helpful in figuring out quality and sizing. John G was very helpful in getting the reviews to properly display on collection and product pages. Would recommend!

Just migrated from another reviews app and the support from Reinier, John B & Doner was really helpful in setting up a star rating widget in the code that I couldn't find as well as successfully importing all our reviews. So far the app is great and has everything I need in the free version to try it out and have just upgraded to the really affordable growth plan.

We're switching from Okendo to Yotpo for our site and are starting with the Growth plan. It's got great features though the best ones like advanced CSS and Klaviyo Integration. My only critique is the lack of customization of the default emails customers get for asking for a review, confirming their email, and etc if you are just on the first paid plan. It's five stars because I've received great customer support from Ronel R. a few times, but also Warly S. and John G. who were helpful, professional, and super friendly! This is a great app so far.
