My experience using the Live Chat service with John G. has been great! They were very helpful and quick in answering my questions, and provided links to helpful articles that I can refer to in the future if I have any more questions.

Really grateful for the chat system they have. I recently got one of those scam reviews where they try to advertise their email to get customers to purchase a service which is so annoying that these scammers are such Pest! Absolute stunning service by Joian Z from Yotpo support. I recently changed from the old Debut theme to the new Dawn theme and were having trouble to load the Yotpo widget again. Within a few minutes it was resolved. So re-assuring to have such excellent support for apps you pay for.
