Had an issue with the reviews not displaying on our site, and quickly without any hesitation, Nicole in support fixed everything. VERY HELPFUL!!!! MIstakenly our team never added the javascript to our shopify theme to make everything work, Nicole pointed this out and put the correct code into our site and all our reviews showed up. Thank you again for all your help Nicole.

I had some questions so contacted with support. One of support guy named James replied immediately and answered for all of my questions kindly. So I fixed all issues within a few mins by James's support. He is really professional and so kind. Thank you, James. Don't hesitate to use this app. Highly recommend.

We use YotPo on Fumetsu.com for reviews only. Customer support is good (thanks Allen M) The only suggestion i would have is the admin section speed could be improved.

We've been using Yotpo for some years. Always happy with the great & professional service they provide. Helpful with any issues... 'John G.' recently solved a coding feature we wanted changing on our homepage quickly & smoothly.

I was trying to export our reviews because I'm considering shifting platforms and Ruzsel John was very fast and efficient to help me do something I should have been able to do myself. Cheers!!

Customer support was amazing Kenneth John M helped me quickly with everything and the app is just brilliant!! I was also supported by Allen M and she was very helpful and is resolving a bug for me and will keep me posted through email

Great product and very helpful support! Allen is the best. Really went the extra milew hen we needed to do a lot of tweaks when importing files from woocommerce.

Yotpo is easy to set up and simple to use, but in those odd cases where you need a little help, Yotpo's chat support is just a click away. We're running into a lot of issues with an older theme and Daniel P, a member of Yotpo's technical support staff, has been a real lifesaver.
