Great app. It really helps me moderate reviews and also addresses customer concerns when they arise.

The app works well although it is pricey. They are the best way to collect reviews that I have found. They have a great support staff, Daniel helped me out so quickly when I updated themes to Shopify 2.0 and needed reviews put on the collection pages. I do wish they would allow dynamic discount codes for review requests.
