I had a challenge getting reviews to show on my Collections page so I started a live chat with Yotpo and Jeorge Kenneth V was awesome at understanding my challenge, logging into my site and fixing it for me as well as going the extra mile in helping me with additional requests around modifying the styling of the reviews. Every chat I've had with Yotpo has been very helpful. Thank you for the great service.

Great customer service. Its a shame that the app is so limited though, only being able to display 9 reviews and not caroseling through the whole collection. I would like to request this feature. Thanks

I received great support from Joyan Z. I was worried for a long time because the review display was not Japanese on the site, but when I consulted with him, he was very polite, kind, patient, and speedy to solve the problem. It was very dependable. A few days later, I received great support from Ruzsel John N. He was also very dependable. I also had quick and great support from Allen M. and Arven S Great thanks!

We use Yotpo to set up our review system so that our customers can leave us an honest review about a week after they receive and start using their product. There is no pressure for customers to leave one, but if they don't we send a final followup about two weeks later. Yotpo makes it so easy to not only set all of this up but check in and maintain it as well. In order to display reviews on your website it's a simple widget addition and if you get stuck installing it their support team is so helpful in installing it for you. Jeorge Kenneth V helped me today with an issue with our widget displaying on mobile and he was fast, helpful and kind. Thanks Yotpo!

Nicole L is amazing, super responsive and even went into my Shopify backend to ensure the app was correctly configured when I couldn't figure it out! I only just started using Yotpo a few hours ago but I'll be using this as a paid service so my reviews can show up in Google Shopping!
