Sheen made it easy for us to upgrade our account to send out more emails per month. Only four stars because we feel the pricing is a bit high.

Great customer support and attention to detail from their team. The jump between the free plan and paid plan is pretty huge, so that might be an issue for us, but a great product.

Still getting used to it. However, getting people to actually do reviews by having automatic emails sent out really helps.

Overall the app is pretty good. I have to give it a 4 because product grouping isn't available unless you buy their premium plan which in my case would be $12k/year. This is something I'd highly recommend they change to lower plans as Shopify has a limited variation capability which means you might fall in our case of having to split the product by colors or sizes due to the number of high variation or more than 3 variations.

great support, couldn't integrate myself though. Handy for requesting reviews as customers tend not to do them autonomously.

i did not give this app a 5 star because it's not easy to find someone in support to help you without referring you to articles. For start ups, you might find that frustrating. Don't give up..This app really does have features start up need and that your customers will appreciate. I finally found someone to help

The product is good - just sometimes doesn't do what is expected so needed customer support to help - but my goodness their customer support is GREAT! So it's really all good.

I’m pleased with their customer service specially Jandy who was prompt to help with what I needed and understood my request. What I don’t like is that in order for us to use our hard earned reviews of the same product on another shop I have to upgrade and I tried to upgrade before but was extremely expensive for small businesses. Overall I am very satisfied with Jandy’s support.

I am using this ap for a while now, since 2 months also swell, and the support I really like very helpfully, really recommended!! Jaypee, Bernard and Eddie are mi favourites everything is by mail that is good, but it would be nice also having a call centre like shopify

Love the service so far - we've gotten more reviews in the week that we've been using it than we did in the two years previously with our old software. My one complaint is that the growth plan seems to leave out a few key features that are in line with other features that are offered. It feels like an attempt to up-sell you to the premium plan. I could be wrong about that, but when I asked for clarification from the Yotpo employee who helped us onboard, I never heard back.

The app has a lot of features & customization and offers great customer support! Note: Most features are accessible only through the paid plan. For example, the default mail after purchase (MAP) setting for customers who buy more than one item sends up to three consecutive emails until the customer leaves a review. We found that frequency to be too high with the rest of our emailing strategy and there was no way to decrease the frequency on the free plan. After discussing with their customer support, we were able to sort this issue out and find an agreement where my customers would receive a reasonable amount of emails without having to subscribe to unlock only one feature. Great app, but would recommend looking at it once you reach at least 100 orders per month.

Mostly Pros! - Fairly seamless and very quick integration: the ability to back log orders and request reviews was great to have content for launching the product (i recommend collecting reviews for at least 1 month before you implement the customer facing side on your website) - Ability to have one dashboard with multiple stores - Management and customer experience of the review process including customization of review emails, managing and monitoring negative reviews is excellent - Great and easy way to add social content into your website Few Cons! - Media monitoring tool has had some issues since facebook made some huge changes and not full transparency from Yotpo on these updates - No great way to include UGC as alternative product images
