The support agents are amazing. It can be hard to get to them at times but when yotpo recognizes where/what you are trying to do they generally push you to an agent if the ai cannot solve it by itself. I do recommend this service due to quality of product but more important the service. Vien Saints E was the last agent I had and they were great but I have a few others that are awesome as well so I wish I could remember their names to give them credit.

Yotpos support team is amazing. Both Arven and Mitch were extremely helpful when I needed to re-map some review on our website. Fast response time, clear communication, solutions! The app itself functions great and we have had no complaints in regards to the actual features, but the support team is like the cherry on top!

I worked directly with Ruzsel John N over the course of a few days while launching with Yotpo Reviews. Ruzsel assisted in troubleshooting product feed specific issues with thorough explanation and timeliness. He was also a extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the onboarding process. As one-man-team and part of a small startup, I can't thank Ruzsel enough for being a tremendous resource during these past few days.

This app works great! But the best part about it is the support team! They are like having your own in-house tech resource - responsive within hours - sometimes they can resolve issues in chat in minutes. These days when everything seems to be either bot-automated or self-service, it's great to be able to get in touch with real people who care about their product and customers. I've installed and uninstalled alot of Shopify apps that just didn't work for us. But this one is a keeper!! I'd give you 6 stars if I could.
