Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Excellent app and outstanding customer support. Had an issue with displaying imported reviews, but Kenneth John M helped sort it out in no time at all. Highly recommend it any store looking for a flexible, usable review app.

we want to put review rating at our "all review page", but yotpo doesnt have this feature, what a pity. customer service team John was trying to help us, thank you. looking forward to new features.

Not 100% sure I'm smart enough to use this app, but Donner P was incredible. Answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Donner needs a raise! :)

We used Donor P and was an amazing experience, really clear and helpful and we got what we needed done quickly and successfully. Definitely will be using for future endeavours and hope we can connect with Donor P again.

I have been using Yotpo app for quite some time and for a small business it has been so helpful in growth and understanding what customers are liking (or not). Recently, customer service was so helpful when one of my customers caught something in an email for a review and it was a gliche on my doing. James from Yotpo was quick to help me resolve this via the chat and so relieved it was an easy fix.

I've enjoyed using Yotpo! I am still on the free version which sends 50 requests a month but so far so good. The support team also responds really quickly which is super helpful!

Warly S. was extremely patient and helpful. Importing reviews from Yopto to shopify is definitely complicated and not very intuitive!
