Honestly, I have been pleasantly surprised how responsive support is and generally obvious to use the platform is. I know they recently cut some support staff so I hope this isn't a dated take, but every time I've needed help it's been incredible. Product also does what it needs to.

From the moment we connected, Vincent was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly understood the problem and resolved it efficiently, walking me through each step with clarity and confidence. It’s rare to experience this level of customer support—especially when the issue isn’t a simple one—but Vincent handled it flawlessly. Great communication, fast resolution, and genuinely helpful. This app is intuitive, and displays reviews in real time. I like being able to send emails to consumers to request reviews and being in control of the content. their customer service is great as well I've worked with several of their customer service reps who are all super responsive. Being able to chat in real time is a game changer. Thank you to Claire and to Reymond N who helped me with my theme issues!
