Warly in chat who handled my support ticket went above and beyond to solve my issue in less than 10 min. My issue was related to a limitation that is being worked by Yotpo to improve its features and functionality. Instead of just leaving me hanging until the improvement is in place - Warly, customer support, found a workaround to solve my issue instantly.

I've been using Yotpo for just a little bit over a month. I found that the reviews were not displayed on my site. Albert helped me install the code and viola. The reviews show up. He also helped me make the ratings show up on the collection page. Great support! Thank you

Doner P. was extremely helpful and patient as he helped us add the review widget to our Shopify store. He went above and beyond assisting us in getting the module tweaked precisely to our needs. When it came time to upgrade our review pkg, I accidentally chose the wrong tier and Rhenant was super helpful in adjusting our plan for us. The resolution took longer than I would have liked, but it did happen and we are excited to see what the Growth plan helps us accomplish for our business.
