Customer service is great! I was migrating reviews from another review app and ended up with a ton of duplicates. Spent a few hours taking care of it myself but couldn't figure it out. Customer service resolved the issue in minutes.

Wow I can't believe how long it took me to finally get reviews on my site. Yotpo support, especially Simoun Francis S, took the time to actually go into my site and paste the codes where I needed them to make everything look perfect.
