Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I was not getting product reviews from my customers. All of a sudden I received a couple of product reviews through Yotpo. It was easy to install. I had issue transferring reviews fro the old app to yotpo. Yotpo resolved that quickly.

Great attention and support. We couldn't find a solution to my problem at the time but the attention was great and they really pay attention to what my problem was. Also, a great tool to collecting what your customers think about your brand. I just wanted a reviews page with a 'write a review' and for them to be displayed. I was struggling to set it up, but I contacted support via web chat and Albert was brilliant, got everything set up for me really quickly.

way better and cheaper than trustpilot. loads of features to get lots of reviews of your products. support is always helpful in fixing issues.

Joian Z & Doner from Yotpo was really helpful. Actual after changing to Yotpo reviews it makes a difference and they will help you with anything from yotpo related on your theme without any problems.
