Prompt customer service, clear interface for reviews. Only thing is if the reviews could be collapsed into a few pages rather than a long list of them showing up together.

I had a problem with installing and setting Yopto with our New Theme. So I reached to Yopto and Allen Yotpo was helped me alot! It was real quick and convinence. I had a nothing to set for my New Theme. I really appreciate what you had done for me! Allen!

Good app! Makes it easy for customers to leave reviews, and it has great built-in functionality to prompt customers to leave feedback. Kind of difficult to install (depending on how your store and products are set up) but Ronel on the support team had my back! Thanks for the great support.

Using the app has been great so far and the customer service has been extremely helpful. Having a dedicated place for reviews has made a lot of difference.

Yotpo review request emails have a simple layout that makes it easy for customers to give reviews in a few clicks. I find this better than the Loox app which make customers fill out a lot of different fields on different pages. Customer service is also very good, thanks a lot to Simoun and Daniel P for patiently answering all my questions and helping me set up the app!

Great. Customer service it fast and helpfull. App collects the reviews automatically. It would be nicer if it would be easier to customize.
